Hi, my name is Priya. I was in the same place as you and have worked with clients who were in the same place. I am a certified health and wellness coach, wife, and a teenager's mom.
I became a Health Coach after experiencing a profound difference in my own life and health through changes in diet, lifestyle, and stress management techniques. Since then, I have become passionate about helping others to achieve their personal health goals and help them live healthy and vibrant lives.

The first Saturday after you start. This call will be through zoom
2️⃣When are the weekly success calls
The 30 minute weekly Q&A calls are through zoom every Saturday when you are enrolled in the program
3️⃣What diet am I supposed to follow?
Just real foods for 4 weeks. No restrictions at all
4️⃣How is the program delivered?
The program is delivered through an APP that you will get access to by Friday.
